Henri Tack graduated as an ingénieur commercial from the Ecole de Commerce Solvay at the University of Brussels in 1995. He then received a J.D. degree from the University of Brussels in 1996 and a Master Degree (LL.M.) from The University of Chicago Law School in 1997. He is a member of the Bars in Brussels and New York.

Before joining the firm as a partner in 2006, Henri worked with the international law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York (from 1997 to 1998) and Brussels (from 1998 to 2006).

Henri's practice focuses on corporate law and financial law.

In corporate law, he has represented numerous domestic and foreign clients in all types of M&A transactions (asset and share deals, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and transactions by private equity and venture capital funds).

In banking & finance, he regularly advises banks and borrowers in the context of credit agreements and related security interests and guaranties. He has also been involved in various IPOs and take-over bids.
